- How do I know where is my package? -
Once your order has been processed you will be provided with a tracking number and you will have complete control of your order via our tracking page at the bottom of the page.
What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
After the times indicated and reached (30 working days from the evasion) we can open a claim to the carrier and request a postponement or refund without any further expense at your expense, this because your shipments are guaranteed by us.
- Can I cancel the order once placed? -
you can certainly do it in the first 3 working hours from confirmation, this narrow margin because we immediately start the chain, production and preparation so once the process has started it can no longer be cancelled.
I bought more than one item but only received one. Do you ever come?
Each garment is treated individually. This means that each garment corresponds to a shipment and therefore a relative shipment number.
